Commercial production of Absinthe resumed in the United States in 2007, prior to that it had been banned for almost a century.  This spirit was enjoyed by many an artist of the late 19th and early 20th centuries and Absinthe "ware" became marketing tools for other products and services.  Traditionally served diluted in equal parts cold water and a sugar cube.  Canon 50D, 1/1600th sec @ f/5, ISO 400, color adjusted.
